Dear Players and Parents, Bloomington Community Hockey is one of the options you will have. We are hoping you will consider playing Bloomington Community Hockey for the 08 - 09 season. This will be our fifth season. Our program is growing. This year we plan to have teams at the Squirt, Peewee, and Bantam levels. Community Hockey is ideal for kids that participate in other activities during the season. Bloomington Community Hockey is: A recreational program that consists of approximately 55-65 hours of indoor ice time between mid-October and mid-March. No tryouts are held. All kids play. Kids and Families have time for other activities. The Season: Each team plays 16 District 6 C League games, 2-4 tournaments and 3-4 practice games with the rest of the ice time as practices. We are estimating the total cost to play Bloomington Community Hockey will be approximately $800 per child. At registration there will be a fee with the remainder of the cost billed throughout the season. There will be opportunities to help pay fees, including working concessions and tournaments.
